CABALLERO  (April 17, 1991) |
Caballero is a very noble and modern
stallion of the reknown Holsteiner Stamm 776.
By the fact, that he always stands in the shadow of the flagship stallion
LOUIS (both are out of the same dam, Galina. Please look her details up
under LOUIS!), he up to now only got a limited number of mares.
Caballero's offspring so far shows most modern frame, lot of movement and
an especially lovely character. The career of this stallion seems to start
right now by the fact, that his sire Calando I is gaining international
recognition and importance every year and becoming besides Corrado I the
most important older stallion of the Holsteiner Breeding right now.
For example Zangersheide is betting on this line right now with it's new
raising star Cilton Z by Calando I; the famous Carthago Z is out of a Calando
I dam as well.
Caballero was recently approved by the Studbook Zangersheide because of
the extraordinary genetic value of his bloodline construction.
In the latest complete ranking for all breeds of Germany in Show Jumping
(older stallions) Calando I is holding the very good position 7 right now.
